Zhang Xiao also pointed out that economically, they will continue to promote the integration of the “One Belt One Road” and Kazakhstan “Bright Road” new economic policies.
They would also promote the expansion and completion of 55 production capacity cooperation projects one by one and gradually expand the scale of trade, along with the increasing quality of business.
China is also willing to push more Kazakhstan goods into the Chinese market and would continue to provide Kazakhstan with the convenience of using Chinese ports to help Kazakhstan goods enter the Asia-Pacific market.
Zhang Xiao also stated that in terms of humanities, they would continue to expand personnel exchanges and non-governmental exchanges. They would also increase re-direct flights and the number of exchanged international students.
They would also aim at increasing the level of cooperation in the fields of education, technology, and other humanities. All this will continuously improve the mutual understanding of the substitute people, and also strengthen the mutual understanding between China and Kazakhstan.
In the international arena, both sides would uphold the spirit of re-establishing strategic cooperation. As further said by Zhang Xiao, it will be undertaken by the provisions of the China-Kazakhstan Neighbourly Friendship and Cooperation Treaty.
The mountains and rivers of China and Kazakhstan connected, only the lips and teeth are interdependent. Further, both have similar development goals, and the struggle paths are converging.
