BitSo, in collaboration with Ripple in Mexico, has started offering Argentinean Peso on its exchange platform. This addition of currency on its exchange has opened a gateway between Argentina and Mexico.
The integrated payment solutions offered by Ripple have enabled banks and other private institutions in seamless cross-border payments in which the transactions occur in microseconds and efficiently at a low cost. This very advantage has made Ripple operate in Mexico, the Philippines, Australia, and other countries.
BitSo, on its twitter handle, shared that the company likes to build bridges, and today, they completed the bridge between Mexico and Argentina and aimed to provide simple, global, and transparent financial services. The operations between the two countries are now open with the addition of Argentinean Peso against Bitcoin on its platform.
The Ripple’s platform has seen a surge in all-time trading highs, as reported by Liquidity Index Bot. Australian Ripple’s ODL passage has seen a continuous surge over the past two days and has gained the liquidity to almost $5 Million.
The Philippines Ripple and PHP token has seen a two-day surge of liquidity of about $4.75 Million and is expected to break into an all-time high. The Mexican corridor with the pair XRP/MXN, the oldest liquidity pair, has seen a liquidity surge of $17.21 Million nearing to its previous all-time high of $17.67 Million.
However, the USD trading volume on the charts of the platform has seen a drastic decrease in some days. On the 6th of February, the USD volume was recorded at $9.31 Million, whereas during the new release, it stood at $1.58 Million in trading volume.
Ripple and BitSo’s collaboration has proved efficient. It further grows in expanding its platform by adding more liquid pairs to bridge the gap between the two countries’ currencies as the collaboration plans.
