This move by the coffee shop has been made because the owners want people to get used to Bitcoin cash and understand the benefits of using it and how easy and secure the cryptocurrency is.

San Cristobal, the city from which the blogger hails from, has now seen it’s first bitcoin cash coffee shop that has been named Macchiato and is a very well known shop in the city. The blogger writes that he worked in the coffee shop for two years and got to learn many amazing things.

He says that he had earlier written a blog post about the place, but the salary that he was paid wasn’t up to his expectations and not enough to fulfill his needs. So, he lest the job but kept very friendly relations with the owners and mainly started to learn about Bitcoin cash, which soon became his main source of income.

He had one day planned to pay for a coffee in the same shop, but by using the bitcoin cash and he could not make the payment. The problem was the main exchange platform that he used was down that day, and this got him to thinking, what if the coffee shops could accept the payment directly in bitcoin cash.

So he soon fixed up a meeting with his old bosses and then explained to them the benefits of using bitcoin cash, the owners easily bought into his idea. He then went on to soon set up a system for them to accept payments directly in Bitcoin cash.
