An exclusive announcement for the Ethereum-fans, Ethereum.org is getting an upgrade. In January the organization released a style guide seeking public comments and feedback and now, the organization is in process of launching it live on the website.

Despite this, the Ethereum team has also published a set of design principles that will help in guiding decisions about the site. This upgraded version will also include new layouts to existing pages.

The community page

One of the most prominent features for the site is the community page which will guide the new users to learn how to join the community. In January, version 1.0 of a community page has been launched aiming to offer people an easy approach to get involved.

Currently, the page enlists popular online communities, upcoming events, meetup groups list, and specific suggestions for how people with different domains and skillsets can involve in the Ethereum community.

Studio feature on Ethereum site

After the launch of the Studio feature on ethereum.org, important feedback received that the tool was still too complex. However, Studio aims to be the easiest and quickest way to start reading as well as writing small contracts.

For now, the tool is simplified even more by discarding unnecessary features and group options for this particular purpose.

The Ethereum community members have almost done with a full audit of all the specific content on the site such as removing and adding content, re-organization of pages and revising some of the existing content.

The next step of the audit will be with the developers’ content on the site. The team is continuing with the rollout of the design upgrade, and in the coming weeks will share new layouts of pages along with the community.

With this upgradation, Ethereum tweets the next Community Call which will be on March 25, 2020.

Established in 2015, Ethereum is a blockchain-based, open-source decentralized platform used for ether, its own cryptocurrency.
