Recently, the founder of XRP TipBot Wietse Wind has announced that the popular TipBot is live on the Uphold trading platform.

Wind announced this new development known to its user on Twitter. He posted a video regarding how the migration to TipBot will going to work on Uphold.
To use XRP TipBot on the trading platform, the users have to compulsory secure an account with the exchange. This will be applied to both the recipient and the sender.

Furthermore, the founder notified that users can create jars at Uphold to connect one or multiple TipBot accounts to more than one card.
Additionally, Wind highlighted the steps of linking TipBot to an Uphold account in the video. The users that do not have accounts have to pass through the registration process before approving the app for further steps.
The XRP TipBot popular on Discord, Reddit, and Twitter
Within two years, XRP TipBot has grown in popularity to achieve around 18,000 active monthly users. Previously, the venture was just an interest for Wind that later started getting traction.
However, the project has recently approved the regulations that are related to cryptocurrency custody. Based in the Netherlands, registration with the country’s authority will costs Wind approximately $25,000 per year.
Besides this, the partnership with Uphold exchange has proved of significant support to this venture. Now, users can send tips on Twitter, Reddit, and Discord through TipBot.
It is basically a bot that enables the users of Discord, Reddit, and Twitter to send Ripple XRP to each other via comments or Tweets.
