The Bitmain’s business license issue is once again on hype. A few days back, the Bitmain CFO Liao Liu was arrested by Beijing Police for partaking in a mob attack against former Bitmain CEO Micree Zhan.
As per sources, the co-founder of Bitmain, Wu Jihan is looking for support from the deputies to the National People’s Congress (NPC) to take a legal investigation into Bitmain’s exiled co-founder, Micree Zhan.
Jihan Wu v. the Zhanke Group conflict
The previous year, Zhan left his post as a CEO without any prior notice. However, the Bitmain co-founder Jihan Wu replaced him.
According to sources, the business license of Beijing Bitmain Technology Co., Ltd. is temporarily suspended by the Haidian police. Moreover, Hong Kong Bitmain technologies appealed to the NPC deputies to work on their rights of representation.
Further, the Hong Kong Bitmain advised the Beijing Haidian District People’s Court to immediately file a case wherein the Zhanke Group v. company returned the dispute, and repossess the license.
The report also described that Hong Kong Bitmain has retrieved the official seal of Beijing Bitmain Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Beijing Bitmain). But after a conflict with Zhanke regiment in early May, the Beijing Public Security Bureau Haidian Branch Shangdi Police Station provisionally suspended its business license.
Bitmain is the highest taxpayer company of Beijing
Besides this, the Bejing Bitman is one of the biggest taxpayers in Beijing and even in Haidian District. Although, the business license dispute is actually a power rule game of Bitmain by Wu Jihan group and Zhanke regiment.
Additionally, Tiantian Lianxun requested Bitmain-related people for verification reacting to the news that Bitmain in Hong Kong appealed the NPC deputies to request the Haidian District Court for keeping the case on record and immediately take preventive steps.
The company is not up for any investigation at the moment.
