Samsung Introducing Blockchain Solutions

Samsung introduced the blockchain system by first enabling wallet applications in recent devices such as Galaxy S10. With the help of this system, the users can easily use apps and assess the transactions of their cryptocurrency. All these and many more features can be introduced with the help of Samsung Blockchain Keystore.

Samsung Keystore focused on a few basic concepts which helped them bring blockchain technology into mobile platforms. Samsung Keystore enables users’ devices to be used as a cold wallet. It stores their private information and dedicates a secured zone with the protection of Samsung TEE and Knox.

Overall, SDK is a great initiative by Samsung. It is one of the biggest steps towards the Blockchain community by Samsung for developers.

It increases trust and awareness among the people for the blockchain system. More importantly, when companies like Samsung take such initiatives in future financial technology, the blockchain community rises to another level.

IBM’s Healthcare Blockchain-based Solutions

Ah-Yoon is in charge of overseeing blockchain development. The operations will run under the brand-new blockchain-oriented vision of Samsung.

Woong worked with IBM’s healthcare division and that is the sole reason for his selection for this job profile. If we believe Fn News, With Ah-Yoon as the new vice president, the three primary services of Samsung will be strengthened. The Samsung Health, as well as the Samsung Galaxy range, will be affected the most.

There are unconfirmed sources that claim that Woong will be leading the development and overall strengthening of Samsung’s blockchain-based health management service.

However, Samsung seemed to keep this news a secret for some time. When some local news officials contacted the head office, they seemed firm about not disclosing any internal organizational news.

The Tech Titan’s Blockchain move

As we discussed earlier, Samsung Electronics has shown signs of strengthening its blockchain development. The launch of S10, and introducing the crypto-friendly environment within their other services, are great examples in itself.
