This new blockchain-based platform dubbed as the Food Traceability Platform that will help Mejiada Fresh Foods, a chain business in Shenzhen, to track pork products among other fresh food products.
This chain of stores prides itself on providing fresh meat and vegetables to its customers but has been incompetent to prove so. It is where blockchain technology comes in by giving the Food Traceability Platform. Moreover, Mejiada Fresh Foods didn’t shy away from using the advanced technology available in Shenzhen as this Chinese city regarded as one of the front line cities of the Chinese blockchain industry.
