BitBay is a Poland based cryptocurrency exchange that provides trading options between Bitcoin and PLN, EUR, and USD. The Polish exchange launched in the year 2014. The title of the report was “The Polish King of Bitcoin and its connections”. However, Sywelster Suszek, the President and the co-founder of BitBay took the matter into his own hands. He has said that he will extract compensation from the authors and all the related sources who have been trying to spread false propaganda.
Suszek has claimed the report supplies nothing but false information. In recent months BitBay has been a victim of illegitimate provocations aimed at weakening its position in the crypto market. Suszek has accused the authors of financially provoking people related to the BitBay exchange for their own benefits.
Reports Reveal Bitbay’s Shady Connections With Criminals
The reporters have revealed the shady history of the major shareholder and the investors. They have claimed that the majority of them have a criminal past and unsettled disputes. Michael Fuja, a reporter has said in the announcement that when they were investigating BitBay. They came across certain investment networks that required clarification. Most of these people had a criminal background for committing crimes like robberies and similar offenses.
Suszek Denies All Allegations
The former president in reply to this said that he had not seen such a badly prepared and absurd report for a long time. Denying any criminal connection he further clarified that they have been constantly audited. Exchange checked upon by the Internal Security Agency, the Central Bureau of Investigation, and so on. Moreover, It confirms that whatever said in the report made no sense.
Suszek Files A Lawsuit For The Culprits
However, Suszek has already filed a legal case against the culprits in order to safeguard the reputation of BitBay as well as to protect his well name. However, Fuja has agreed to testify the truth regarding this in further legal proceedings.
