Coincheck handle Enjin Crypto Authorized By Japanese Regulators Will

Enjin Coin (ENJ) became the first gaming token to receive authorization from Japan’s monetary regulators. Coincheck, a digital currency trading and exchange platform will handle the token.

First Gaming Token To Receive Approval In Japan

Enjin has published an announcement confirming that their first and novel gaming token, Enjin Coin (ENJ) has successfully received authorization from the Japan Virtual Currency Exchange Association (JVCEA) the cryptocurrency regulatory body of the country.

Coincheck will handle ENJ, and will complete its official listing on the site by 26th January 2021. Only 15 digital currencies are available on the exchange. ENJ is the first-ever gaming-oriented token to gain approval in the country.

The CEO of Enjin, Maxim Blagov, has shared that Japan has always been the pioneer in introducing games that leave a lasting impact and are essential in shaping popular culture worldwide. He highlighted the innovative culture embedded in Japan that aligns with Enjin’s vision and development operations.

He expressed his confidence in the Japanese gaming industry’s contribution towards providing excellent games on the blockchain platform. Blagov added that his company would leverage the powerful technology behind crypto to develop some of the best games for users worldwide. 

Coincheck Will Handle ENJ Trade

Coincheck is one of Japan’s biggest authorized cryptographic money trades. The Financial Services Agency (FSA) enlisted it. Beginning at 10:00 pm (EST) on January 26, 2021, users will be able to buy ENJ with JPY and exchange it with BTC through Coincheck. This association follows Coincheck and Enjin’s partnership to bring non-fungible tokens (NFTs) to Minecraft.

Enjin entered the Japanese market in 2019. In partnership with Tokyo-based HashPort accelerating agent, the company has endeavoured to bring Enjin’s blockchain technology and innovation to the nation’s gaming market, valued at over $3 billion.
