Cryptocurrency has entered another avenue, and this time it is charity. Cryptocurrency Token ELONGATE, the biggest charity cryptocurrency, will be available for trading on Bitmart from 4 AM EDT on May 10. ELONGATE, since its birth, has raised US$2,000,000 for various charities around the world.
The newswire.ca reported that ELONGATE, in its first month of operation, its first prominent exchange listing on BitMart. ELONGATE is the most significant charity cryptocurrency token in the world. The ELONGATE/USDT trading will start at 4 AM EDT on May 10. The charity niche token has already raised US$2,000,000 to various charities. Most of the funds will provide relief in war-torn nations through the Human relief foundation. Some funds are also earmarked for COVID-19 relief efforts in India through giving India.
ELONGATE in numbers
Elongate has achieved milestones much beyond other cryptocurrency tokens. It will be available on Bitmart. BitMart is a digital assets trading platform and boasts 2,000,000 users worldwide and is ranked among the top crypto exchanges.
The newswire.ca quoted Hasan Aziz, Elongate’s Chief Technology Officer, who thanked BitMart’s support, making this exchange listing happen. The project is a brainchild of Aziz, who chaperoned this initiative.
US$2,000,000 Raised to Various Charities
ELONGATE had already pledged US$1,000,000 to various charities in its first few weeks. It has now raised US$2,000,000, which will be used under numerous heads such as
- Children International,
- Action Against Hunger,
- The Ocean Cleanup,
- Big Green,
- Human Relief Foundation,
- Mark Rober’s Color The Spectrum,
- Give India.
The donations will support food programs in war-torn regions through the Human Relief Foundation. YouTuber Mark Rober’s Color The Spectrum – a fundraiser event co-hosted by Jimmy Kimmel deals with autism and spreading awareness. Give India is looking after COVID-19 efforts in India, going through one of the worst second wave Corona outbreaks.
