After we take a look at the crypto world, we find that our vision is to give safety to users around the world. And we want to reach like we can win together, we want to see, what kind of things we can bring together to the users and to the community”
Asian crypto traders bring the best trading volume
BigONE is registered in Singapore and deals with clients in Singapore and China. The exchange also has an office in Korea. In the current scenario, largely, the media focuses on what happens in other continents in terms of crypto trading instead of Asia. A lot of Asian trading is not very well circulated and not often talked about. Following such scenarios in the continent, Katherine explained that they personally think that Asian users have great power in the cryptosphere, and they eventually bring the best trading volume.
“At the beginning of BigONE our majority of users were located in Asia. Basically, the majority of the users are Chinese speakers. And after that we explored the business in Korea, Japan, and South Asia. Actually, in our opinion we checked the data last month for our platform we had six million Asian users. And we think it will reach 10 million users as expected in the next following months. I can personally tell you that we think Asian users have great power in the crypto world and they also bring the best volume in the trading platform.”
What are the layers of security used by BigONE?
BigONE crypto exchange claims that security is something it takes seriously and prides itself to be the most secure cryptocurrency exchanges. Katherine explained in the interview that there are few reasons which make the exchange living for security and safety. Among the security measures, Katherine mentioned that the exchange seems to be the only one that invests around 30% of the revenue in ensuring security for the users. Moreover, the investment manager also highlighted that most of their members in the security team have more than ten years of experience in terms of managing crypto assets.
“I think for all the trading platforms we require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. The KYC process is mainly similar to any of the exchanges. They have almost the same KYC process. The security management is different, for example, for BigONE just for each tier we will spend more or less 30% of our profit into construction of security and risk of control. We also partner with some expert teams in this sector just to make sure everything is nice and stable. If you talk with other exchanges I am not sure if they can offer such a higher percentage to invest in this sector. And the second part is because our team construction, for example, the security team of BigONE has more than 10 years of crypto asset management experience. You can see from a different perspective, we invest a lot not only in money but also in the team members, in humans. So we believe that for this reason we are the living crypto exchange for security and safety.”
BigONE is spread out globally in different countries and different continents and aims to offer professional service to its users. Moreover, by prioritizing the security of users, the exchange plans to become a leading crypto assets exchange. Hence, the exchange plans to bring more customized service for its users in the future.
