Charles Hoskinson is the founder of Input Output Hong Kong (IOHK) the firm behind Cardano. Moreover, Hoskinson is also the co-founder of Ethereum, which is currently the second-largest cryptocurrency in terms of market cap. Recently, the IOHK founder has once again combated with Mike Novogratz, the CEO of Galaxy Digital on Twitter for dismissing Cardano (ADA). Indeed, in a recent event when the latter called the rally for ADA into question. Notably, the CEO of Galaxy Digital has already downplayed the recent ADA rally and claimed that it does not have any adhesion with devs.
Dispute between Charles Hoskinson and Novogratz
Cardano has become the third-largest cryptocurrency in terms of market capitalization. On August 15, 2021, following the achievement of ADA, Mike shared a tweet that the cryptocurrency has managed to occupy third place on leading market data aggregators. However, the move of the digital asset remained a mystery to the Galaxy Digital CEO.
Additionally, Novogratz added to his criticism of Cardano and mentioned that he had spoken to a lot of people in the cryptosphere. Still, none of the individuals witnessed any traction on ADA in terms of devs activity.
IOHK CEO’s response strikes Novogratz
In response to the statement of Mike Novogratz, the former Goldman Sachs executive, Charles Hoskinson striked and criticized him. Moreover, Novogratz has been accused of having an indiscrete understanding with the bank, and Hoskinson predicted that his recent statement is not going to end well.
Recent strikes are not the first time
We have observed that the recent criticism was not the first time. Both Charles Hoskinson and the Galaxy Digital CEO had previously been involved in a fight on social platforms. Back in March 2021, the IOHK CEO began pitching the native cryptocurrency of Cardano to Mike Novogratz.
However, now it seems that such things never happened and they had no conversation related to the project. Additionally, it is worth noting that the IOHK boss has claimed that the fellow crypto billionaire Charles Hoskinson was drinking from the Ethereum Kool-Aid.
Furthermore, in June 2021, Novogratz released a description of ADA. According to Galaxy Digital CEO, the blockchain project is as weird as a cult. However, for such statements, Novogratz received pushback from the community.
