Founded in 2018, Flexa at present is the global leader in pure digital systems. As per Flexa, it is the first network that is offering transactions that are 100% digitally secured from source to settlement. It has also claimed to provide developers and merchants “with simple integrations for digital currency acceptance that are fast, affordable, and completely fraud-proof.”
Flexa says that contrary to traditional banks, Flexa transactions don’t involve sending the sensitive customer account details through the network. Each transaction “each Flexa transaction starts and ends with a unique, digital authorization code that can’t be decrypted or reversed.”
Once captured at point of purchase, Flexa instantly transfers and converts (if necessary) the complete payment amount from the customer’s account balance. Merchants feel much more comfortable with payments on the network as it eliminates chargebacks and unexpected reversals.
With Flexa, there is no need to purchase any additional equipment because of its integrations with merchants’ existing payment hardware and software stack.
Digital Global Leader For Payments Adds Support For Cardano
On Friday, Dec 17, Flexa announced its decision to launch $ADA, native token for Cardano support as part of its campaign called “25 Days of Flexa”. Now, Pay with ADA at over 40,000 locations in the U.S.
The statement released by Regal’s press, said:
“In theatres, Flexa is working to help Regal enable better payments for as many different assets and across as many different protocols (including the Lightning Network) as possible. For example, when paying at Regal with Flexa-enabled apps, guests will soon have the option to link their Regal Crown Club loyalty account for special rewards.”
While the Chief Marketing Officer at Regal, Ken Thewes, had to say this:
“Regal is committed to being ‘The Best Place to Watch a Movie.’ As more of our customers demand digital asset solutions and safer payment methods, we are grateful to have found a partner in Flexa, a company that is revolutionizing digital payments with cutting-edge software and an innovative business platform.
Further, Flexa added that Cardano holders can now try instant ADA payments by downloading SPEDN. The Company is also offering a 20% discount at Regal Movies, the one site for all movie news till the end of December with terms and conditions included.
In a blog post in 2019, Flexa declared the launch of support for cryptocurrencies.
The blog post said that Flexa has built a mobile app SPEDN (initially launched on iOS only) for “the millions of cryptocurrency holders who want to experiment with the future of payments.”
Flexa also recently announced that Shiba Inu Token will now be available for making fast and fraud-proof payments wherever Flexa is accepted.
