What Is The Controversy About

Wherever there is a huge market of potential and growth, there are suspects of huge frauds.

There has been a huge controversy regarding the alleged questionable activities of the famous star Jeff Huang.

ZachXBT, a decentralized finance (DeFi) cyber investigator, accused famed Taiwanese musician and blockchain celebrity Jeff Huang, commonly called Machi Big Brother, of malfeasance in ten separate cryptocurrency projects on Thursday.

Outside of Taiwan, Machi Big Brother is renowned as an obsessive collector of Bored Ape Yacht Club nonfungible tokens (NFTs), with a collection worth an estimated $8.26 million at the top of the crypto bull market last year.

Huang’s Take On The Accusations

However the charges were many, the major focus was on Huang’s alleged role in the disappearance of 22,000 Ether (ETH) obtained during Formosa Financial’s (FMF) initial coin offering for tokens in 2018. This token was created by a Taiwanese treasury management platform that was specifically created for blockchain enterprises.

Huang, whose public wallet was just launched roughly two years ago, has dismissed ZachXBT’s claims as false. Because the DeFI detective’s report lacked the necessary KYC information tying wallet addresses to Huang, A news agency was unable to independently confirm Huang’s purported involvement in other projects.

In an interview earlier this year, Huang made the following comments on Mithril and Cream Finance, both of which are initiatives listed in ZachXBT’s article:

“This is misinformation. If he wasn’t anon, I’d sue him for defamation.”
