eBay acquires NFT marketplace KnownOrigin

eBay reported today that it’s getting Manchester-based NFT commercial center KnownOrigin. The monetary terms of the arrangement were not revealed. eBay says the organizations have marked and finalized the negotiation as of June 22nd.

KnownOrigin was established in 2018 by Andy Gray, David Moore and James Morgan. Each of the three fellow benefactors are joining eBay. The stage empowers craftsmen and gatherers to make, purchase and exchange NFTs. eBay say it’s gaining the whole organization, including IP and the group.

The acquisition comes a month after eBay launched its first collection of NFTs
