Women are underrepresented in the crypto industry.

In a 2019 study, it was revealed that less than 20% of crypto ventures had women in their founding teams- something reflected in the broader crypto community, with a 2021 study revealing that only 7% of women are investing in crypto, compared to 16% of men.

This, unfortunately, is nothing shocking, as women have always been underrepresented in financial sectors such as investing. Despite this, there are several promising crypto projects that are giving power back to women, with diverse founding and executive teams showing the importance of having women in the crypto industry

Three of these projects are Xchange Monster (MXCH), Cardano (ADA), and Stellar (XLM).

Cardano (ADA) and The Cardano Foundation

The Cardano Foundation is an independent organisation that oversees the activities of the Cardano (ADA) ecosystem, making sure the system is up to standard and encouraging growth and community expansion.

As one of the industry-leading tokens, it seems Cardano (ADA) has been able to benefit greatly from The Cardano Foundation, guided by the foundation’s decision-making and understanding of both the crypto industry and the specific wants and needs of Cardano (ADA) users.

The Cardano Foundation is also largely made up of women.

With 10 of the current 31 members of the team being women, The Cardano Foundation is a great example of the necessity of women in crypto. Would Cardano (ADA) be as successful in the market as it is today without the achievement of these women, without Chairperson Jillian MacNab or PR Manager Renagh Mooney?

While it is true that there is still room for improvement in the representation of women in The Cardano Foundation, the fact that there are so many women holding such high positions in a foundation responsible for a top 10 cryptocurrency is proof that women can not only survive but can thrive in the crypto industry.

So, for those wanting to know more, be sure to check out The Cardano Foundation.

Xchange Monster (MXCH) Brings Jaclyn Strul

A new project on the market, Xchange Monster (MXCH) plans to give game publishers a platform to host and monetise their games, with the ability to utilise the platforms MXCH token and NFT marketplace.

Xchange Monster (MXCH) also has a team which is fully doxxed, allowing their skills within and around finance and technology to be put on full display. This helps to legitimise the project and the goals it has set for itself, whilst also showing off the huge diversity in skills and backgrounds of the team.

One member of this elite team is Jaclyn Strul, the project CFO.

With over ten years experience in leading teams behind the global financial platform PayU, Jaclyn Strul has proven her immense capabilities in establishing complex payment processes which all work to international banking standards. Her projects have been successful internationally, proving her immense capabilities for understanding and invigorating aspects of the digital finance industry.

Jaclyn Strul, alongside the projects Compliance and Chief Risk Officer Linzi McHardy-Sanders, are two of the four key members of Xchange Monster (MXCH). This even split in gender representation, backed up by the incredible track records of both of these women, proves the immense capabilities of women in crypto, and that new projects can greatly benefit from the skills these individuals bring to the table.

Dont miss out on Xchange Monster (MXCH).

Stellar (XLM) and the Stellar Development Foundation

Similrly to Cardano (ADA), Stellar (XLM) also has its own foundation, designed to help grow and monitor the platform.

For Stellar (XLM), this comes in the form of the Stellar Development Foundation, whose objective is to support the growth and development of the Stellar (XLM) network. This is done through communicating with regulators and institutions, as well as through supporting businesses surrounding the platform.

The CEO and Executive Director of the Stellar Development Foundation is Denelle Dixon, a former lawyer with history at Moozilla, a highly successful open-source organisation.

Since taking her position in May 2019, Stellar (XLM) has been able to grow exponentially, being in the top 25 cryptocurrencies according to the charts. Denelle Dixon has been a key player in this growth, and as she continues to hold her position, it is likely that Stellar (XLM) will also continue to thrive.

Dont miss out on Stellar (XLM)! Especially in this bear market at a discounted price.
