Looking at the mainstream adoption of cryptocurrencies, authorities too have realized that these digital assets are something that they can’t ignore anymore as it is seen more and more governments are adopting crypto-friendly laws. The U.S state of New Hampshire is one such region.

On June 24, Chris Sununu, the governor of New Hampshire, signed a bill whose final version states that the developer, seller, or facilitator of the exchange are exempted from an open blockchain token from certain securities laws.

Further stating, he said that is an apt situation to leverage the growing technology sector and make various important changes to state law. He said that they need to make sure that the government has no interference with the speedy innovation in cryptocurrency and digital assets.

Majority Leader Jason Osborne and Ammon published a joint statement following the bill’s adoption in the house in March. In the statement, the representative said that their arguments were in support of crypto and the part it played in positioning the state to take the lead on this revolutionary technology, which Ammon reiterated once the singing.

U.S politicians are taking interest only in the integration of cryptocurrencies into the financial system of the country. U.S Senator Cynthia Lummis of Wyoming, the Bitcoin-friendly lawmaker, formally represented the crypto regulatory bill in early June before the U.S Congress. However, Lummis admitted that it has a long path ahead before officially becoming law.
