Playboy has entered The Sandbox metaverse, it’s official. Playboy is a world renowned entertainment and lifestyle brand for men. It features females called bunnies in their magazines. The magazine has a special place in the hearts of men. The organization was discovered back in 1953, and has featured novelists like Haruki Murakami, Chuck Palahnnuik, etc.

The Sandbox took it to Twitter to make the announcement. It posted a video where the camera enters a gate via first person perspective. Some bunnies are waiting behind the gate, and a bunny hands over a VIP pass to the camera. Everything lights up the dark and a Playboy logo is revealed. The video ends with a bunny laying below the logo as the background changes.

The organization is happy with this move, stated the chief strategy and brand officer of Playboy. The company has previously released a couple of NFT collectibles. They unveiled Liquid Summer collection in 2021, which was then followed by another channel dubbed Playboy Rabbitors. This latest entry might prove fruitful to the metaverse.

Snoop Dogg has created a virtual mansion in the game where fans are allowed to enter his realm via purchasing NFT tickets to the place. World of Women NFT collectible also joined forces with the metaverse game. WoW project has collaborated with celebs like Reese Witherspoon, Gary Vee and more.

This latest entry in The Sandbox game has the potential to prick up the ears of more users into the metaverse. Given the popularity and history of the organization, it will be worth noting how it is going to pull the rabbit out of the hat.
