  • Helium Network is working to improve the internet of things network.
  • The organization presented Salesforce and Lime as their partners.
  • IoT collects the data to improve the decision-making of software like AI.

Did helium misuse Lime and Salesforce?

Helium network is one of the most admired projects associated with web3 technology. Other projects are The Graph, Flow, and more. This project is associated with IoT or the Internet of Things, a system that blends smart tech like AI with smart devices, to make a much smarter environment to make the lives of folks easy.

As per a news website, it was using names of a couple of organizations as their clients on its home page, including Lime and Salesforce. Both the organizations denied this, framing the act as illicit. The website then removed the titles from the page. Currently, none of the logos are visible there.

It is among the few projects associated with crypto that has received some admiration from the big guns. The New York Times published an article that was truly focused on the project. The article claimed that crypto might not be totally useless like many believe it to be. Lime was mentioned as one of the biggest partners working with the project.

Lime made it very clear that they started a test in collaboration with the project, which went for about a couple of months. After that, they never came together to work on anything.

How This May Affect The Helium Network?

This project is without doubt some of the most interesting initiatives linked to the crypto and web3 ecosystem. But events like this raise questions like, can we trust them? And this is natural. It is human nature that they will only use something that is trustworthy. But if they find out anything fishy about that particular aspect, they won’t hesitate to back out.

Take the example of The Sandbox game. It features top names like Snoop Dogg, Atari, and more in its ecosystem. People know that it is trustworthy because those top guns are using it. If any of the collaborators unveils that they do not have any relation to the Sandbox as it depicts. How will the public react? The same goes with this case.

The rest of the investors (as per the website) haven’t claimed anything similar to Salesforce and Lime now. But it will raise doubt among several people who are part of this community.
