The collaboration between Astar and Alchemy would serve Web3 development.
Polkadot’s Astar network partnered with prominent blockchain platform Alchemy. The collaboration would act towards enabling developers for building decentralized application projects on Web3. Astar network can use the application programming interface (API) of Alchemy to fulfill the objective.
Alchemy Avail Numerous Benefits to Astar
Alchemy takes the approach of using different chains for specific tasks that developers find appealing. As per the terms of agreement, Astar will be allowed to use Supernode API for Ethereum (ETH), Polygon (MATIC), SushiSwap’s Arbitrum and recent addition of Alchemy, Solana.
On top of all this, Web 3 developers can have access to Explorer and Mempool Visualizer of Alchemy. In addition to this, Alchemy’s SDK and Notify would also be accessible to make the development of decentralized applications faster and easier. All these specifications would strengthen the objective of Astar network towards building the smart contracts’ future for multichain.

Astar’s Vision For Bringing Ecosystem for Developers
Astar Network Founder and CEO, Sota Watanabe said that Astar has their core values that includes supporting the developers and overall ecosystem. He further added that partnership with Alchemy is going to support them towards bringing more innovations and incentives than earlier.
Astar is a Polkadot based multi chain smart contract platform enabling developers to set-up connections and interact with the core Polkadot ecosystem. The network provides support for multiple blockchains and virtual machines like Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM).
Commitment of Firms Towards the Community
Alchemy Product Manager – Rob Boyle – shared their excitement after the Astar and Alchemy partnership. He said that combining the forces of Astar with their company is intriguing for them. This will encourage them to work towards building infrastructure that would serve today and in future. Such collaborations between the companies act as a notable achievement for the whole community, he added.
Following the partnership, developers now can participate in dApp stalking of Astar network. It allows users to choose and support their favorite dApps on Astar while voting for them using ASTR native token. Voters can also earn rewards in return for their contribution in the process.
