Crypto industry depends upon partnerships and collaborations. New projects always seek blockchains for development, deployment and to keep on working. However, in several instances disparity between the networks and project team members result in separation. Recent example of the same appeared when one of the lead designers of The DAO, Stephen Tual, decided to leave the community of Ethereum network.
Tual was part of the community for the past nine years. He cited the difference in shape of the project in reality and how he wanted the project to become. This led to the main architect of the dao project leaving the community.
Tual noted in an Email that he sent to Ethereum London meetup that he could not continue to pretend everything is going good in Web3. During the same time he announced his leaving from the ongoing meetup along with leaving the community to be exact.
Further details about Tual leaving the group was provided in a post on Reddit. The post consisted of a bunch of fraudulent claims and heavy criticism towards The DAO project along with the software company behind it named Slock.it. Moreover it also explained the differences between his opinions and Etehreum’s current state.
Tual said that the blockchain has become a circus of different entities including centralized NFTs, numerous Ponzi schemes, illegal securities and a lot more. He does not see himself as a part of such an ecosystem, he added. Tual wants to concentrate on radio communication defined by softwares and mesh networks like technologies.
Tual joined the project on Ethereum network in January, 2014 as Chief Communications Officer. Until September, 2015, he worked at the network and then left from there to create Slock.it. This software acted as the building block of DAOs that came into existence in 2016.
