Some of these new features are as follows:
- Fast sign-in with Face ID
- KYC procedure and funding limits correlation
- Ability to view information about new updates in a ‘What’s New’ pop-up screen
- Verification pop-up modal windows.
As well as adding new features, we have also enhanced the Trading Platform cards and redesigned the Verification screen.
Fast Sign-In with Face ID
We live in a fast-paced world where you need to be able to access your apps quickly and efficiently. Hence, it is convenient for users to be able to sign in to the app using Face ID immediately following the launch of the app. Using this feature, you can sign back into the app immediately if you have already logged in or have already been authorized, and you close the app. Face ID technology is one of the most advanced authentication methods available, so it is not only convenient but also highly secure. Just launch the app and you will be able to access your account without having to fiddle with complicated usernames and long passwords.
KYC Procedure And Funding Limits Correlation
Thanks to this feature, every time you log into your account, you can now find the status of your KYC verification level and the available level of the limit on transactions directly related to the verification level. All the necessary information is contained in the Settings menu and in the Verification pop-ups. The transaction limit is the amount of funds available for deposit, withdrawal and transfer within one trading day based on the current KYC verification level. You can easily increase your KYC level in case the limit has been reached. To do this, you will need to send an additional package of documents for verification. The higher your KYC verification level, the higher your deposit/withdrawal limit is, the higher your KYC verification level will be.
‘What’s New’ Screen
We have added a ‘What’s New’ screen to the App Store to notify users when an update is available. Upon clicking the update button, the screen will display the complete release notes detailing any new features or enhancements included in the new version. When the app is launched, the Dashboard will display a notification when there is a new version available in the AppStore. Among other things, the ‘What’s New’ screen also has an ‘Update’ button, by clicking which, the user is automatically directed to the App Store page to download the latest version of the application. This small but essential innovation will allow users to always be up to date with the latest updates and changes.
Verification Pop-up Modal Screens
By adhering to the highest security and reliability standards, we strive to provide our users with exceptional safety. To this end, we have developed a new Verification pop-up screen feature. This window contains all the essential information concerning both KYC verification levels and transaction limits inherent to each of them. It will appear each time a transaction is restricted due to insufficient verification. Also, the window will offer to increase the verification level and send for confirmation all documents necessary for this. For example, the user who tries to make a deposit using the “Deposit” button will face restrictions on transactions because his KYC level of verification does not correspond to the limit he wants to use. In this case, the end user will be offered to go to the verification settings to increase his level. This feature will undoubtedly be a great tool to make the users’ trading process more comfortable and safe.
New UI Improvements
The design of our application has also undergone changes, and these changes started with Trading Platforms cards. Now it is possible to view the information on Leverage, Free Funds, Free Margin, and Order type in the cards of each Trading Platform. In addition, users now have the ability to deposit to trading platforms by using the appropriate button on the Transfer card. Such a feature will definitely make it easier for users to fund their account and help them make more informed trading decisions.
The Verification screen has also undergone a fresh overhaul considering all users’ requirements and demands. It is now simpler to understand where you are in the verification process and how many levels remain. Transaction restrictions have also been implemented to determine which operations you can carry out at your current verification level. Along with the already validated documents you’ve used for verification, the status of your documents is also shown so you can quickly see which ones need to be uploaded for verification. The new verification screen is a major update that will certainly make it simpler for users to become verified and monitor their progress.
