Well, he’s done it. Elon Musk has officially bought Twitter. And with it, he’s already introduced a new host of features.

The Tesla CEO has started a brand new blue tick verification $7.99 subscription, fired about 50% of Twitter’s staff, and unintentionally lost a hoard of advertisers. Twitter is turning upside down, and we watch the chaos as it happens.

As it stands, it is likely that Musk, a known crypto enthusiast and holder, could introduce cryptocurrencies to the platform as a payment mechanism. He’s already exercised the idea of using Dogecoin as a payment method in one of his Tweets. And according to a leaked Q&A for Twitter employees, he said crypto payments were a key focus for the future.

Is it possible then that instead of using pounds or dollars, we’d be paying for Twitter Blue in Dogecoin (DOGE), Shiba Inu (SHIB), or even Big Eyes Coin (BIG)?

Dogecoin Is Elon Musk’s Official Pet

There is no doubt Dogecoin would be a top contender as a cryptocurrency for Twitter Blue. It’s one of the three digital currencies Elon Musk holds in his portfolio, and the Tesla CEO himself has been a long outspoken advocate of the original meme currency.

However, Dogecoin has fallen into several problems: outdated technology, volatility, and little practical usage. It has gotten so bad, Musk’s associate is currently on the board of advisors for The Dogecoin Foundation in an effort to improve it.

Elon Musk’s Biggest Fan Is Shiba Inu

While Elon Musk has denied owning SHIB or even being remotely interested in holding a meme coin other than Dogecoin, Shiba Inu would provide much more utility to Twitter users than Dogecoin.

Being run on the Ethereum blockchain, Shiba Inu is much cheaper, environmentally friendly, and faster than Dogecoin. Moreover, it also provides more practical use too. Holders of SHIB can purchase NFTs, use Shiba Inu DEX, and participate in its governance. Unfortunately, due to its likeness to Dogecoin, it is unlikely Musk would be swayed to use Shiba Inu.

Big Eyes Coin Would Be A Surprising But Useful Contender

Although Elon Musk might not have heard of Big Eyes Coin yet, he will probably do so at some point in the future. This presale crypto is selling fast despite current economic circumstances.

Having raised almost $10,000,000 in the presale of BIG, its native currency, and enticed nearly 60,000 dedicated Twitter followers, Big Eyes Coin is performing exceptionally well for a presale cryptocurrency.

With a unique personality and wholesome message about saving the world’s oceans so the feline can continue to eat fish, there is a lot to love about Big Eyes Coin. And there is very little to hate. NFT collections, fundraisers, events, competitions, tutorials, and an irresistibly cute cat make it a highly engaging and unique meme currency.

Which Meme Coin Would Be The Best Suited For Twitter?

There is no mistaking that both Dogecoin and Shiba Inu are pillars of the meme coin community. With nearly $20 billion market capitalization combined between the two of them, these two would make an obvious first choice.

However, not all Twitter users are crypto experts. It would take a unique and adoptable cryptocurrency to encourage the wider public to hold digital currency on the platform. For that reason, Big Eyes Coin would make a suitable choice thanks to its universal message about saving the environment and “Unconfuse Defi’ features such as tutorials and how-tos.
