David Sonstebo, the founder of IOTA, shares about the success of IOTA in real-world adoption. On May 30th, the founder shared a tweet that includes his investment in SPYCE(dot)5. 

SPYCE(dot)5 is an enterprise-ready sustainable blockchain infrastructure. As mentioned in the tweet, Sonstebo has invested 1 Million Euro into this project.

David Sonstebo has been “a proponent of blockchain technology for over a decade.” Meanwhile, he was also one of the initial founders of the IOTA Foundation. This foundation works towards the development and adoption of IOTA’s technology.

IOTA Joins Hand with SPYCE(dot)5

According to the Medium post shared by SPYCE(dot)5, it has secured a 1 Million Euro investment from the IOTA co-founder and serial entrepreneur. As noted in the post, this will further conquer the blockchain market for enterprises.

Sonstebo also mentioned that the blockchain infrastructure “is building a new digital economy with real-world use cases and enterprise adoption.” He also showed his “full support” for the growth of this ecosystem.

Furthermore, the co-founders of SPYCE(dot)5, Holger Köther, Regine Haschka-Helmer, and Kimmo Nurmisto, also stated their thoughts on this collaboration. They added that the “extensive experience and expertise of Sonstebo will drive their project’s exponential growth and success.”

According to the data sourced from CoinMarketCap, the price of IOTA (MIOTA) is trading at $0.204 with a 24-hour trading volume of $22.04 Million. It is down 10.54% in the last 24 hours, with a current market cap of $547.55 Million. In the last 24 hours, the coin noted a low at $0.1958, while the high was at $0.2218.

The price of MIOTA may show a bearish outlook in recent 1-days, but it surged over 7% in the last 7-days.

Recently, IOTA retweeted a tweet from Spec Weekly. The tweet included the speculation of “IOTA in the UAE.” In the YouTube video, the guy behind Spec Weekly, Kutkraft, noted about Dr. Thani Al Zeyoudi.

Dr. Thani Al Zeyoudi, the UAE Minister of State for Foreign Trade, recently tweeted about a meeting with Dom Schiener. This meeting has sparked excitement around the potential for IOTA to be integrated into the UAE’s digital ecosystem.

During the meeting, the UAE Minister added about the ability of IOTA that may “power a wide range of sectors.” He added that it could also “play a vital role in the advanced technology ambitions” of the UAE.
