Craig Steven Wright sent a ‘Letter of Claim’ to Vitalik Buterin

Craig Steven Wright an American computer scientist and the man behind the development of Bitcoin (BTC) has sent a formal claim to Vitalik Buterin a Russian-Canadian programmer who is the co-founder of Ethereum (ETH). Vitalik Buterin had time to respond till April 23. However, Vitalik never responded to the letter.

The letter sent was a Letter of Claim. A Letter of Claim in the United Kingdom is sent before a complaint can begin official legal proceedings and is part of the English High Court protocol.

Vitalik Buterin has publicly several times attacked Craig Steven Wright calling him a fraudster for his claims to being a part of Satoshi Nakamoto, the name used by the secret group that developed Bitcoin (BTC).  The lawyers of Craig are thus seeking public apology for the claims he has made and has asked him to withdraw the comments.

Vitalik Buterin has not only not responded to the Letter of Claim he has also not stopped calling Craig Steven Wright ‘Faketoshi’. Vitalik Buterin seems to have stood up with his stand.

Vitalik Buterin also is in favor of de-listing Bitcoin SV by Binance saying that the decision is correct as a public reaction against the fake claims made by Craig Steven Wright. What happens next is this ‘crypto war’ remains to be seen.
