On January 20th, the crypto exchange held a large-scale event on – “Conference on the blockchain industry” and continued with the opening ceremony of UzNEX.
The high-level event was attended by many significant stakeholders of the crypto industry and the blockchain community. Among the notable guests were representatives of leading blockchain companies from Korea, Japan, Singapore.

Uzbekistan’s first crypto exchange
The young nation is located at the very centre of Central Asia. It has shown so much promise with its potential that many consider it as a future leader of the global digital economy. Further, the expansion of digital currency into developing countries is an excellent sign for the crypto industry.
UzNEX is particularly significant for Central Asia as it is the only exchange which provides national currency market, USD market and credit card services. Very few cryptocurrencies in the world offer these facilities. Due to UzNEX, not only will crypto users in the country be able to sell cryptocurrency on stock exchanges but foreign residents will also be allowed to use all services of the exchange unless prohibited by the legislation of their home country.
