How is DLive different from traditional streaming platforms?

Content creators of YouTube and Vimeo have openly voiced their frustrations with the administration of these platforms. some of these problems include higher restrictions placed on the type of content created. The highly centralised administrators placing hidden algorithms, fewer rewards and incentives. While,  DLive is a decentralised platform, hands over much greater control to the creators. Thus, the creators have control over their accounts and minimise restrictions of the contents. It has been trying to change the whole game plan by putting platform ownerships in the hands of the users. The rewards received by the users are proportional to the growth of the platform. Thus, DLive doesn’t take any of the user’s pay and about 75% of it goes directly into their coin wallet.

Partnership with ace YouTuber

On 9th April 2019, PewDiePie popular YouTuber established it’s an exclusive partnership with DLive. The partnership made due to his frustrations over YouTube’s centralised power over his content.
