This Europe’s largest crypto exchange by trade volume pronounces the hiring of Mary Beth Buchanan as Chief Legal Officer and Mike Lempres to Bitstamp USA, Inc.’s as a board of directors.

Mary Beth Buchanan was the former General Counsel for Kraken Cryptocurrency Exchange and continued to clutch her position in the Western District of Pennsylvania. Nominated by the former president of United States George W. Bush, Buchanan was the first lady appointed to this position.

She resolute her practice on white-collar criminal defense, SEC and FINRA enforcement matters, corporate and accounting fraud. As a chief Legal Officer of Bitstamp, Buchanan addressed that it is a great opportunity for her to join Bitstamp.

Previously, he was appointed by Bitnet Technology where he holds the position of General Counsel, Corporate Secretary & Chief Compliance Officer. Adding to his financial service occupancy, he worked as a General Counsel of the Pacific Exchange.
