However, the UK is the 5th most affected country in the world due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It has affected over 254,195 people out of which there are 36,393 deaths, as per current data.
Besides this, Xendpay is known as the first-ever no fee remittance platform. It offers cheap and seamless cross-border payment services to the people who are willing to send funds overseas and wide.
According to XendPay, this favor is to show affection and encouragement to the workers’ that are volunteering during the biggest global pandemic. The chief workers that use the platform between 3rd April and 3rd June 2020 can make limitless transactions without any charges.
Ripple’s contribution towards fighting COVID-19 pandemic
Additionally, the services are applicable for 13 countries that include Ghana, Malaysia, Nigeria, and many more.
Some of the significant tech firms specifically from the crypto ecosystem have been offering relief to people most affected by the COVID-19 outbreak. Moreover, Ripple has donated over $100,000 to Silicon Valley Community Foundation’s COVID Regional Response Fund.
Apart from this, it has also funded a San Francisco NGO. The NGO is working on combating poverty in the country, Tipping Point Emergency’s Response Fund.
Ripple is sharing its best contribution to fighting against the global pandemic like other great firms such as Google.
