An Indian young couple has recently used NFTs to digitize their love for each other till eternity. The couple engraved their wedding on the Ethereum blockchain. Notably, Shruti Nair and Anil Narasipuram are from Pune, India.

As the world is evolving with technologies and innovation, the new couple decided to take their court marriage to the next level. Hence, Shruti and Anil hosted a blockchain wedding.

According to Anil, he read some articles on how people in other nations were doing blockchain marriages and got motivated.

Unanimous vow of love on Ethereum

The Indian blockchain wedding couple were accompanied by Anoop Pakki. Notably, Anoop is also known as the digital priest. According to Anil, he read out the vows and after receiving the blessings of their digital priest, Anil confirmed the transaction and transferred the Non-Fungible Token to his wife’s digital wallet.

Furthermore, it is unveiled that the transaction took a few minutes to accomplish and charged about $35 ETH as gas fees. After the transaction completed, both were pronounced as husband and wife by the digital priest.

The unanimous vow read that Shruti and Anil won’t make any big promises, but they will do everything to make that work. Through all their disagreement and conflict they hope to grow their understanding of each other and themselves.
