fraudsters are taking advantage of the vulnerable state of the LUNA and UST investors. These investors have suffered the most because of the recent meltdown. As per the analysis by the team at SlowMist, fraudsters are allegedly making fake promises of issuing refunds on their LUNA and UST investments. 

The blockchain security firm revealed that the fraudsters are directing LUNA and UST community members to websites that are designed to rob their funds and NFTs. In addition, the SlowMist team also revealed that one scammer address on the Ethereum network had accumulated 2.13 ETH worth approx. $4,400.

Through two tweets, the SlowMist team shared this information regarding the scam related to LUNA and UST investors.

Terra Team Cautioned Users: Says Will Make All The Official Announcement On @terra_money Twitter Account.

The activities of fraudsters exploiting the LUNA and UST communities have pushed the Terra Team to make an official tweet saying that the all the official announcements and updates will be made through their Twitter handle: 

The team clearly mentioned that everything would be posted only on the Twitter account (@terra_money).

Cautioning the community members, it said other Twitter accounts claiming to represent Terra are fake. Users should be very careful. 

Again, LUNA and UST community members are being advised not to go to any websites or Tweets claiming anything regarding the mentioned digital assets. 

Terra Team Will Be Posting A Post Mortem…..

As of this writing, the most recent tweet by Terra Team is dated two days back on 14th May. The tweet revealed that the team is working on publishing a post-mortem of everything that happened in the last week.

In addition, they also advised everyone to be safe during these ‘tremendously difficult times for everyone affected.’
