After the leak of a Supreme court draft opinion that would overturn the 1973 notable Roe V. Wade decision, the entrepreneurs and activists are looking towards an alternative to facilitate funding an abortion-focused DAO.
And eventually, they this as a way to enable money to women in over two dozen states where abortion services may be considerably banned or restricted.
Although if Roe is overturned, it is to note that abortion would not be outlawed. In fact, states would be able to determine the procedure’s legality separately.
Thirteen states in the US have already signified their willingness to ban abortion by passing triggering laws that might also come to reality after the pending decisions. These states comprise Mississippi, Utah, Arkansas, Kentucky, Idaho, Louisiana, and Wyoming.
