Two growing play-to-own crafting games, Million on Mars and Sunflower Land are collaborating to create a first-of-its-kind cross-chain, cross-universe crossover event. Million on Mars and Sunflower Land’s cooperation, which is based on the Wax and Polygon blockchains, will be one of the first Web3 experiences to allow for seamless gameplay over two networks.
This means that the two Web3 games are creating real interoperability between them, delivering on one of Web3’s main promises. Quests and crafting experiences can be started in one game and completed in the other, unlocking interesting in-game tools, prizes, recipes, and surprises in both games.
Million on Mars is a Wax blockchain game that can be played on the web and on mobile devices. Players can purchase one-of-a-kind land parcels on Mars in order to reside there. Users can purchase and deposit buildings and resources for crafting, as well as rent buildings to other players, all on genuine land plots based on data from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
