$1 Million Backing For Decentral Games
Decentral Games has been provided with a grant of $1 Million in the indigenous token of Decentraland, MANA, to back its native token ICE.
The proposal was passed with 59% of members voting in favor of offering the grant, meaning Decentral games can now carry on with their much-anticipated sit-and-go poker tournament.
This grant consists of one of the greatest ecosystem grants which Decentraland has ever offered. Decentral Games, the beneficiary, have taken over 1,007 digital land plots in the metaverse game and is responsible for 60% of traffic within the Decentraland game.
Booming Decentral Games
Decentral Games have witnessed considerable growth since releasing its ICE Poker game during the previous year and at present lures over 8,000 daily active users to their 12 live locations in Decentraland.
With this grant, Decentral games pledge to ramp up the development of their sit-and-go tournaments with a vision to lure the upcoming tide in the Decentraland game.
In this proposal, which was deeply discussed by the community, Decentral Games stated that this $1 Million grant might constitute a temporary support over a time span of 3 months.
