Good news for Axie Infinity fans, Sky Mavis, the creators of the game, have released new products and attributes in the AxieCon conference held in Barcelona, Spain. The announcement includes mini-games for Land Owners and latest features for the Land Alpha game scheduled to launch later in 2022. Axie Infinity became the top blockchain game in 2021.
The organization revealed that Axie Infinity: Origin will be retitled as Axie Infinity: Origins to enable a unique brand for “Origin” Axies. Upgrading will unlock Axies’ vertical progression which will help them gain stronger parts with brand new visuals. The gameplay needs the resources gathered from the game.
Accessories will enable the users to customize their avatars with distinct cosmetic items obtained via skills and resources. This will allow folks to show off their achievements to the other players in-game by attaching them on the Axies. These prime features will launch in future to increase the level of fun and excitement in the game.
Sky Mavis stated that Land is an aspiring project which will contribute to the development of Web3. it will also become a socialization , building and playing space for the users. An off-chain Alpha game will launch at the end of this year, allowing the players to gather resources and develop frameworks, and sell them to Lunacian natives.
Latest features will involve Idle Combat System and Auction House. Players can sell off-chain items through the Auction House and Idle Combat will enable the players to sell crafted in-game items to Lunacians who will utilize them to stand against the enemies in their virtual lands.
Project K, flagship Land game in development by Sky Mavis, announced the release of distinct mini games which will utilize LAND NFTs called Axie Infinity Raylights. Land NFTs will be primitives similar to the Axies in Axie Infinity. Raylights will launch this month. Users will make use of minerals to grow, craft and identify several plants, which they can utilize on their land plot.
