Azuki airdropped BEANZ for free to the Azuki holders. But this digital asset has now gained a floor price of 1.41 ETH with an overall volume of 144,685 ETH. It has been created by the team led by Zagabond which is also the creator of the popular Azuki NFTs. Currently it not available on the website of Azuki but can be bought from third party platforms such as Open sea.
What are BEANZ
BEANZ is an exclusive project of the chiru labs, released on March 31,2022 . It was developed by a team of programmers and artists led by Zagabond who is also the founder of Azuki. BEANZ is basically a collection of 19,950 PFP NFTs. There are a total of 16 types of Beanz in this collection with each bean having a unique set of attributes such as headgear, shoes, and hand props.
BEANZ NFTs can be called a very affordable entry into the popular Azuki community. BEANZ users become the part of this exclusive community. They will also enjoy the benefit of becoming part of azuki’s only discord channel in the azuki server where they get exclusive collectibles, drops and utilities within the Azuki metaverse.
The launch of Beanz project was just 3 months after the Azuki collection which was launched in january. They were gifted to the Azuki owners as a reward for their loyalty in the form of a token but they are still not available on the Azuki website. They can be bought through third party apps like Open Sea.
The Launch of the Beanz project also brought a lot of controversy regarding its launch. A twitter user MetaMorphy accused the creators by showing some proof of Beanz NFTs being sold before the few hours of the actual Beanz being released. He also mentioned that these were sold above the floor price. Later the company denied all the allegations and assured its fans that no insider trading took place.

The total volume of these NFTs is 144,685 ETH. The floor price of the NFT is 1.44 ETH. Till now the company has listed only 2% of the total Beanz NFTs it had made. 7480 people have buyed these NFTs till now from the Opensea platform.
About The creators
The creator of this NFT is ChiruLabs and the founder of ChiruLabs is Zagabond.
Zagabond began his career at companies like Amazon and Google where he worked in sales and gained knowledge about retail for almost 2 years. Soon he got bored of the corporate world and due to his interests towards the decentralised currency. He became the member of the founding team of the peer to peer trading platform of ERC-20 tokens. He later started his own project called Azuki after the great success of azuki he launched its accompanying NFTs called BEANZ.
