Elon Musk’s social media platform, “X” previously known as Twitter will pay the legal bills and will sue on behalf of people who treated the person unfairly due to content posting. He said that if anyone is mistreated by any employee of Twitter for posting or liking something on the platform, then the company will fund the legal bills.

This will not stop here but he said that we will go to the boards of directors of the companies too. Earlier he shared that X has reached a new height and shared a graph that showed the latest count at more than 540 Million. This comment by Musk came after the launch of Threads by the Meta platform.

Musk tweeted that there will be no limits on funding the bills and those who were treated unfairly will get funds without secondary thoughts.

Why Twitter Has Changed to X?

After 17 years of the famous icon blue bird, Musk has changed the logo to X and has renamed Twitter “X”. It represents Musk’s ambition to create an all-encompassing platform i.e. an “everything app”. He said that Twitter symbols and names are good when 140 characters go back and forth like birds twittering. But now, it is focused on becoming an everything app.

The technocrat also says that the symbol X shows the imperfections in us all that make everyone unique. Hence, he has rebranded Twitter to X. The bird logo icon has been removed and X came as an official logo. He decided that the logo should be in dark mode instead of light mode so X has a darker mode.

Earlier Tweets by Elon Musk

Earlier in July 2023, Musk said that due to a 50% drop in advertising revenue, the platform’s cash flow remains negative and there was a heavy debt load. He added that they expected an increase in advertising revenue in June 2023 which has failed to materialize.

Elon previously announced that X will take some time to share the advertising revenue with the content creators as the company needs time to process a large number of requests.

Elon Musk also clarified that the company will keep the ad revenue in case a person is not a premium member. It means only the subscribers of X premium will be eligible to receive their share in the ad revenue.

Summary

Elon Musk’s tweet about funding unlimited legal bills for users has become a matter of discussion on various platforms. He made his commitment without any limitations on the funding amount. This tweet has raised interest among users on social media and sparked a new set of debate and discussion in the community.
