BTC works on blockchain technology which records the transaction into blocks which are verified by cryptography. It is secured with a SHA-256 algorithm.
Bitcoin has many corporate holders. The largest holder of Bitcoin is a business intelligence firm Microstrategy, which holds over 129,699 Bitcoin in its reserve.
Other top corporate holders include Marathon Digital Holdings with 10,054 BTC, next is Coinbase having 9000 Bitcoin, Square Inc, with a hold of over 8,027 BTC.
The price analysis of Bitcoin illustrates that BTC is trying to recover after it slipped while attempting to surpass $44500. The recent sessions experienced a bullish surge which took the price from $37,700 to a high of $44500, gaining nearly 18% in just 5 sessions.
The price then tried to sustain near the $44500 level but could not hold more and declined. Moreover, the long term trend favors the bulls and the price has been following an inclining trajectory. The price is headed higher forming higher lows and higher highs.
The price has a recent support near $40336, the breakdown of which may take BTC near the 50-day and previous breakout zone. Also, if the bulls are able to make a comeback and the price bounces back, it may again turn optimistic above the recent swing high.
Bitcoin Price Prediction 2023
The volume analysis shows that BTC has a 24-hour trading volume of $23.122 Billion with a drop of 25.16% as compared to yesterday. The live market cap of Bitcoin is $819.328 Billion and ranks 1st among all the cryptos. The volume-to-market cap ratio is 2.88%, highlighting low volatility in the market.
The price prediction for 2023 shows a neutral to bullish outlook. The optimistic view of analysts estimates the price may reach a high of $46,597 by the year-end. The pessimistic view of analysts estimates that the price may drop to $38,149.
Bitcoin Price Prediction 2024
As per the analysts, the most optimistic target that the BTC price may achieve by 2024 is $74,506, indicating an upside potential of 78.86% from the CMP. However, the pessimistic view of analysts expects the price to reach $56,409.

The most optimistic analyst forecast for the Bitcoin coin expects the price to reach a high of $98,925 with a potential gain of 133.86% from the CMP. The minimum forecasted price by the end of 2025 is $72,937. The average predicted price till 2025 is $85,153.

The BTC token price may reach a high of $1,42,774 if a positive trend prevails in the crypto market. On the flip side, the most pessimistic view of the analysts expects the price to reach $1,09,082 by 2026.

According to the analysts’ price prediction for the year 2027, the most optimistic view of analysts estimates the BTC price to reach a high of $1,91,612. The minimum price target of analysts is $1,39,853 by 2027.
Bitcoin Price Prediction 2028
Till 2028, the overall crypto market may see more exposure and evolve more. On the most optimistic side, the BTC crypto price may reach a high of $2,38,418. However, the pessimistic view of analysts expects the price to reach $1,85,915.
