Bitvo Global Incorporated has announced the launch of Canadian Dollar StableCoin (QCAD) on its exchange platform. This grand project was done by the collaboration of 3iQ, which is the largest crypto asset manager in Canada and Mavennet Systems, one of the prominent Blockchain development companies.
Canada StableCorp Incorporations initially introduced QCAD along with the support of 3iQ and Mavennet Systems. The digital assets are backed by Canadian Dollar for stability and are built on Ethereum Blockchain using the ERC-20 token as standard and have been enabled with full benefits of enabling seamless settlement and full traceability.
The CEO of Canada StableCorp Jean Desgagne said the QCAD is originally created to be adopted in the mass market, and the stable coin will serve as an important piece of financial market infrastructure.
The new stable coin will help in creating digitalized payment methods backed on the Ethereum Blockchain network that will serve and provide a robust payment and settlement solution. QCAD also features to set new standards on transparency and audibility in digital currencies and will help place trust and global adoption of the new StableCoin.
Bitvo is also equally excited to bring the new QACD stable coin on its platform for exchange services. It will facilitate both retail and institutional traders and investors while also filling the gap in the crypto market of Canada.
