Litecoin Foundation had seen further advancement in its ecosystem when the MeconCash Trading Platform introduced Litecoin Exchange with Korean Won (KRW) available through the platform in entire South Korea through ATMs; this facility is available in around 13,000 ATMs nationwide. Previously Litecoin was thriving in the South Korean market with a larger scale adoption and transaction, Bithumb Exchange Platform alone has managed to popularise Litecoin in the South Korean Territory due to the leverage provided on the platform. Bithumb has housed all international payments mainly through Litecoin.
This new venture of providing Litecoin through ATMs for Korean Won not only facilitates the same bit also aids in making payments and transfers throughout the country. The users of Litecoin also have the option to make payments on the gaming network M.Pay, which is another platform controlled by MeconCash.
The director-general of MeconCash Joe Jay Dosh gave a remark on this new initiation that this collaboration will further expand and popularise the Litecoin to the South Korean community and market and alongside increase the demand for ATM services inside the country for the same application.
This will also ensure further enhancive growth for the Litecoin foundation and ecosystem where the Litecoin will not only be exchanged for Korean Won but also can be used in making transactions for general and business purposes.
MeconCash ATMs are most widely present in the South Korean Territory with further additional installations of more ATMs that will foresee the wider use of Litecoin through transactions and withdrawals.
