In november, largest crypto trading and exchange platform, Binance had announced about its multi year partnership with a famous football club of Portugal, FC Porto. The highlight of the deal was that the crypto exchange would be a partner for the club’s official fan token.
Now is the time when both Binance and FC Porto are ready to showcase their partnership with extensive efforts. This would bring interactive and social tokens for their fans. The fan tokens were distributed by the team after its winning of the match against CS Marítimo.
The details of the deal between the football team and global exchange includes the sponsorship of the exchange appearing on the back of the team’s kits. The deal is effective from the 2021-22 season till the entire football campaign. And for further seasons after that, exchange’s brand would be decided to feature on sleeves of the team’s official kits.

On the other side of the deal the Portuguese football team decided to get a fan token. Binance would be acting as the launchpad for the PORTO token. Reports have detailed that this would enhance the brand of the football club and improve the experience of fan engagement for supporters. Some of these utilities include engagement based rewards and unique, interactivity and gamification to name some of them.
Now the partnership is live and the fan token PORTO is available on platform of Binance crypto exchange. Token will be available for fans of football club as well as to general crypto users.
Binance has also made another deal with Europe’s one of the famous football clubs Dragões. This deal made Binance to get sponsorship and then it will showcase its branding appearing on the player shirt’s back for the first season and later on the sleeve for the upcoming season.
