Moreover, Gurbacs asked whether the singer’s Rust programming skills were good enough.

Did Katy Perry witnessing career’s downfall?

The American pop star has nine #1 hits on the Billboard Hot 100 under her belt. She saw notable growth overnight with “I Kissed Girl” in 2008 and turned her into a seemingly unstoppable hitmaker during the Teenage Dream era. Perry has also scored five number-one singles in the United States with one album, matching the record of the late pop king Michael Jackson.

Simultaneously, she extended her winning streak with “Prism” which spawned two diamond certified #1 singles.

However, after several hits, she came up with “Witness” in 2017. The album was a major commercial disappointment that also received scathing reviews from critics. And then “Smile” her another album was deemed as cliche-ridden flop album released in 2020. Since then she has then faced a spectacular career downfall.

Following the scenario, her becoming an FTX cryptocurrency exchange intern wouldn’t be so shocking after all.
