2. Serena Williams – Punk #2950

Serena got her CryptoPunks token as a gift. In June 2021, her husband and the co-founder of Reddit Alexis Ohanian bought it for 85 ETH ($177,123). A month later, he transferred the token to the tennis champion’s wallet. Another factor that makes this NFT popular is that Ohanian wore it as a pin at the 2021 Met Gala. 

3. Steve Aoki – Punk #6473

Aoki has been quite vocal in support of NFTs and other cryptos. Reportedly, he is also the richest celebrity to trade CryptoPunk so far. He purchased it for 65 ETH ($160,559) and traded it for 300 ETH ($900,000) approximately after one month. Even a brief period of ownership makes him an entrant to this list.

4. Jason Derulo – Punk #1961

The very talented and popular singer and songwriter bought NFT in September 2021. He got it through the NFT whale Cozomo de’ Medici and he still holds it. The original buyer acquired it for 104 ETH ($357,081). With this possession, Derulo has become a significant personality in the crypto space. Many of his crypto enthusiast fans have patted his back for it.

5. Marshmello – Punk #8274

Marshmello surprised his fans when he changed his Twitter profile pic to Punk #8274. He acquired an extensive collection for 130 ETH ($504,068) in late October 2021. The DJ and musician also owns other NFTs such as BAYC and VeeFriends.
