Meanwhile, BMNR stock investors received updated information about the company’s staking operations and share repurchase program.

BMNR Buyback Accompanies Ethereum Purchase

Bitmine reported $11.5 billion in cryptocurrency, cash, marketable securities, and other investments. Its portfolio includes 207 Bitcoin and $385 million in cash and marketable securities.

Additionally, Bitmine (BMNR) holds a $180 million investment in Beast Industries. It also owns a $58 million stake in Eightco Holdings, which trades under the ORBS ticker.

The company has purchased Ethereum every week since launching its treasury strategy on June 30, 2025. However, the latest weekly purchase slowed as Bitmine directed additional capital toward BMNR stock repurchases.

Chairman Tom Lee reported that Bitmine repurchased approximately 5.5 million common shares during the week. The purchases carried an average price of $15.6156 per share.

Notably, the Ethereum treasury firm executed the buyback under its previously authorized $4 billion share repurchase program. The company completed the BMNR stock purchases alongside its latest Ethereum acquisition.

Bitmine’s (BMNR) Ethereum Staking Reaches 4.92 Million ETH

Meanwhile, Bitmine reported 4,917,189 ETH in staking positions as of July 19. The company valued the staked Ethereum at approximately $9.2 billion, the latest report by the Ethereum treasury firm added.

That amount represents about 85% of the firm’s total Ethereum treasury. Part of the position operates through MAVAN, the company’s staking network launched earlier in 2026.

BitMine (BMNR) reported a seven-day staking yield of 2.67% on an annualized basis. Using that rate, the company projected annual staking revenue of approximately $247 million.

Moreover, BitMine projected $290 million in yearly rewards after fully staking its Ethereum through MAVAN and external partners. The company ranks as the largest disclosed Ethereum treasury and the second-largest global corporate crypto treasury.

Strategy holds the largest overall corporate crypto treasury, according to the latest market data. According to Bitcointreasuries data, Strategy owns 843,775 Bitcoin valued at approximately $55 billion on July 20.

Ethereum (ETH) price traded between $1,844.87 and $1,902.44 during the 24-hour period, CoinMarketCap data showed. However, the $1,900 to $1,902 area marked the immediate resistance range.
