Binance targeted Nov. 13 to reopen withdrawals for six assets after its Oct. 29 security breach. Its Nov. 6 announcement named HYPE, INJ, APT, PLASMA, NEAR and LTC. Binance news also included a completed reserves proof and an unrelated BNB Chain software patch.
Binance said it replenished 98% of affected token assets by Nov. 4. Each withdrawal route still requires security checks. The target does not override live withdrawal restrictions, which Binance posts separately for individual network and asset pairs. Earlier network withdrawal restorations began Nov. 1.
Binance News: Exchange Sets Target for Six Altcoins
Binance has given users a timeline for the next stage of its withdrawal recovery. Richard Teng said Binance is working to reopen withdrawals for six altcoins by the end of next week. The tokens are HYPE, INJ, APT, PLASMA, NEAR and LTC.
Binance repeated the timeline in a separate update. It also aims to restore withdrawals for all tokens on networks already returned to service. These include BNB Smart Chain, Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum and Optimism.

The update shows that access is being restored in stages. Some networks are back, but withdrawals for every token on those networks are not yet available. Binance has not given a specific day or hour for the six tokens. Its target remains the end of next week, according to the latest Binance news update.
It is worth noting that the Binance hack led to stolen assets. Binance said customers will not bear the losses. The exchange is using its own resources to replace the affected funds.
Binance Reports 98% Recovery And New Proof Of Reserves
In its seventh security incident recovery update, Binance said it had replenished about 98% of the impacted amount. It said Binance had set aside more than 100% of the funds needed to cover the losses. The exchange is still buying the remaining token assets through market and over-the-counter channels.
Binance expects the final 2% to take longer because those tokens have lower liquidity. Binance said it will keep buying until the amount has been replaced. It did not name the tokens still outstanding. No individual dates were given yet.
Binance hack recovery update also included a new Proof of Reserves snapshot. Binance took it on November 4, 2026, at 00:00 UTC. It covers 44 tokens, up from 10 in the previous snapshot.
The zero-knowledge proof for the snapshot was still being generated when Binance issued its update. The exchange estimated that the process would take 50 to 60 hours because of the computing work involved. Once ready, users can verify that balances for covered tokens have at least 1:1 backing.
The Binance hack response also lets customers check their balances instead of relying only on the exchange’s statement. The snapshot covers 44 tokens, not every asset listed on Binance. Binance said the latest Proof of Reserves information is available on its website.
BSC-Reth Hotfix Issued After Security Risk
In another Binance news, BNB Chain said a hotfix for BSC-Reth was available. It asked mainnet and testnet BSC-Reth node operators to upgrade to version 0.1.4-hotfix and restart their nodes.
BNB Chain had earlier addressed a security risk affecting the Reth client. It said opBNB does not use op-reth and that the impact on BSC-Reth was limited. The team said it was preparing a hotfix and monitoring the situation.

The follow-up notice confirms that the BSC-Reth hotfix has been released. The instruction is for node operators, not people using the network to send or hold tokens. BNB Chain said developers and users did not need to make changes.
Binance exploit response now covers three parts: restoring withdrawals, replacing stolen assets, and addressing the Reth client risk. For Binance users, the date to watch is the end of next week. The exchange has not announced a more exact schedule, so the six altcoin withdrawals remain subject to its stated target.
