Major Tech-Enterprises Jointly Author A Think Tank Report To Apprise U.S DoD About Blockchain Use

Blockchain-focused Value Technology Foundation releases a report to notify the U.S Department of Defense about the blockchain use in cybersecurity. The joint authors of the report include major tech-enterprises including IBM, Amazon Web Services, Accenture, Deloitte, and CGI Federal. Alongside, blockchain firms including ConsenSys, SIMBA Chain, and Colvin Run Networks were also the co-authors. 

It gets us frolicking to see the amazing efforts jointly put by such major enterprises in regard to blockchain use. The report goes on to provide an outline of the numerous possible ways DLT can prove advantageous to cybersecurity. Apart from that, the report emphasizes the use of cases of interest to DoD interest thereby apprising the potency blockchain technology owns.

US congressman Darren Soto Also Puts forward His Support For Blockchain technology Foundation

US congressman Darren Soto, a Floridian Democratic representative also put forward his support for the report. Soto writes that it’s time for the U.S to engage in research and development of the innovative technology, blockchain. He also highlights that the U.S needs to continue remaining a world leader in the innovation of technical aspects.  

Soto also throws light on the fact that the report’s creation and release involved participation from diverse firms of the blockchain industry. Michael D. Griffin will provide a brief to House and Senate Armed Services Committees about blockchain use during the report’s release. He is the present U.S. Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering.

The efforts regardless of how small or big will eventually do its wonder in its time. Here, the efforts the tech-enterprises have put to apprise about the use-cases of blockchain tech is sure to not go in vain. We only hope they reach the target they intend to, thereby contributing to Blockchain’s development in the long-term.
