Dogecoin co-founder Jackson Palmer said he predicted Musk would back out of the Twitter deal months ago.

Musk called off the deal on July 8 over the issues of bots.

Musk lawyers have accused the social media site of making “false and misleading representations” of bots on its platform.

Jackon Palmer, Co-creator of Dogecoin, says he was aware that Elon Musk will back out of the Twitter deal. In an interview with the Australian news outlet Crikey on May 30, Palmer said he used to think Musk planned to destroy Twitter but now he has heard that Musk is going to make a bid.

Since the start of the deal, Musk has asked about the bots issue on the platform. Twitter said there are only 5% bots on the platform. Musk refuses to believe so.

Palmer said in the interview that he always believed that Musk intended to destroy Twitter all this while. Palmer’s statement came days after Musk said he believes 25% of users on the platform are bots. Billionaire also replied to Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal on social media with a poop emoji.

Palmer posted the interview with Crikey on Monday via Twitter responding to a Wired story that said Twitter has shambled. After Musk announced the termination of the deal. In May, Palmer told Crikey that Musk is inciting a great amount of discord and distrust on the platform. In addition, he said that Musk planned to destroy all trust. Or quite delusionally thinks that he can develop an alternative. Palmer also talked of another alternative. Musk plans to take the price down, which he seems to be doing.
