Based on the predictions projected, BTC is assumed to break the all-time high price record nearly in Q4 2025, around September. Additionally, available liquidity will act as a catalyst to BTC’s performance. Furthermore, BTC took around three years to reach from December 2018 lows at $3.1K to $69K in November 2021.

Focusing on the current Global Liquidity Index, high and low in 2021 and 2023 indicates a lineup with the MYRV ratio of BTC. Currently, the MVRV ratio is closer to the cycle top value of 3.7, indicating BTC price has more room to run in the near future.

When liquidity is high, the individual is more open to taking risks mainly in the field of cryptocurrency.

About BTC Halving

Many traders, investors, and analysts hold great yearnings for the upcoming halving event, wishing for a record-breaking performance of BTC.

Bitcoin halving takes place every four years to keep the asset’s starvation and value while handling the inflation rate. Based on the theory, as the number of new BTC issued lowers, the demand for them improves and the value climbs accordingly. Also, newly minted BTCs are presented to minors as a bonus.

The next BTC halving occasion is envisioned to happen in April 2024 when the number of blocks will hit 840,000. Also, the mining bonuses will be diminished from 6.25 to 3.125 BTC as the mining bonuses are cut by 50% in each halving occurrence.

Talking about the price, usually, BTC prices stay steady during the occasion and soar for about six months before the event. Additionally, a price upsurge happens in the year following the halving.

Bitcoin showcased remarkable gains of over 30,000% in 2012, 786$ in 2016, and 712% in 2020. Based on the past two events, it is expected that BTC could hit $220K in 2025.

The current Bitcoin price is $42,193.46, a decline of 0.93% in one day with a market cap of $828 Billion.
